Description:
Technician certified on the Avaya Definity or Mitel PBX(s). Will handle implementation/installation, operations and troubleshooting of product line including key systems, voice mail and other peripheral equipment. Applicants will be considered in the following areas: St. Louis, Chicago, Kansas City, and Indianapolis.

- Vendor Certification
- 3 plus years hands-on experience

Internet Help Desk Support Agent
Status: Part/Full Time Employee (Please note that this is an entry level position.)

Description:
We are currently seeking Internet Help Desk phone support personnel located out of our home office in St. Louis, MO.
Help Desk Agnets provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support to our customers. Help Desk Agents are the main point of contact for guest and hotel staff issues, and are responsible for answering support calls, updating tickets, resolving network issues, monitoring network devices and more.
Qualifications:
- Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7 experience
- MAC OSX/iOS experience.
- Knowledge TCP/IP Networking.
- Wireless Networks - wireless client configurations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and work effectively under pressure.
- Able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
- Fluent in Spanish a plus.
- Linux experience is a plus.
- Previous Help Desk support experience a plus.
