Demand Service is just that. When you have a problem with your telephone system, call accounting, voicemail or guest internet call MTS. A MTS Technician will return your service request, to diagnosis the severity of your problem, and offer a course of action for your acceptance. Demand service is charged on a Time and Material basis, a Priority Level B, second only to our existing Service Plus Contract Clients.
